ENVIRONMENTALLY SAFE:
RV-BOSS™ comes from an agricultural, municipal and residential waste-water management expertise. It has been adapted to a recreational use. RV-BOSS™ is an environmentally safe product, compatible with discharge station and campground use.

CAUTION: Do not merge with disinfecting cleaning products.
Do not pour Chlorine or Bleach (sodium hypochlorite) products into black and grey water holding tanks. These disinfectants (bactericides) will neutralize the bacterial flora breaking up fight up against organic solids. Following a pre-seasonal or occasional disinfecting of the tanks, and before using RV-BOSS™, rinse thoroughly to remove any traces of chlorine.
Such commodities as sinks, showers and toilets must be cleaned by using cleaning products on a paper cloth to be disposed thereafter in the trash.
Do not use other toilet additives in combination with RV-BOSS™.

BLACK WATER: Waste water from toilet use only.
GREY WATER: Waste water from shower, kitchen and bathroom sink.
SENSORS: Black and grey water indicators should give a reading of the waste water level in the tanks. Although, this mechanism is not always operational due to clogging and build-up of organic solids or toilet paper on the sensors.
How to solve this problem?
(A) Fill tanks with water. Double the usual measure of concentrated RV-BOSS™. Let work over a few days.
(B) If you plan to stop at a discharge station after travelling through some distance, make sure before departing that the tanks are filled-up to ¾ of their capacity (adjust with water if needed) and add RV-BOSS™. While moving, agitation of liquids will help loosen up solids from sensors.
DIRECTION FOR USE: Use 60 ml (2 ounces) of RV-BOSS™ to treat 75 liters (20 gallons US).
RV-BOSS™ QUESTIONS / ANSWERS
QUESTION: I have used RV-BOSS™ and it doesn't work as expected. Why?
ANSWER: RV-BOSS™ is fully efficient. It’s proven technology was originally developed to control odor problems in the porcine industry. Several organizations have recognized without any doubt, it's efficiency in extreme conditions.
Therefore, 3 points must be checked:
- a) Is the dosage adequate? Verify the capacity of your tanks.
- b) Have you rinsed the tanks well before using RV-BOSS™? There can be residues of other additives for toilet in the tanks. That may impair the efficiency of RV-BOSS™.
- c) Do you use cleaning products containing disinfectants? These products will eliminate the bacterial flora essential to the good functioning of
RV- BOSS™.
QUESTION: I have used RV-BOSS™ in the toilet (black waters). Why does the odor persist?
ANSWER: Check if the odor comes from the toilet. If it is not the case, It could come from the drain of the shower or the sink. You should also treat Grey Waters.
We would as well like to bring your attention to the fact that there can be other odors inside your vehicle not coming from the toilet or sink, thus which have nothing to do with the use of RV-BOSS™.
If you have any, please examine the top of your extensions. The accumulation of leaves in decay or other residues can bring about unpleasant smells, which have nothing to do with Grey or Black Waters.
QUESTION: I use RV-BOSS™ in the toilets of my boat but a bad odor persists. Why?
ANSWER: Certain manufacturers use porous pipes (made of rubber or other materials) for the draining of tanks. Often, a smell is perceptible on the side of the boat, more specifically over the air inlet, when the toilet is activated. If it is the case, it is likely that your discharge pipe is contaminated. To remedy this problem, fill the pipe with water and add R.V. BOSS™ directly in the pipe. (Use twice the usual dosage.) Let work. Make sure that there is no water leak coming from the toilet during the treatment.
